• We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing that violates our policies or is found to contain misleading information.

4. Payment & Subscription

• The listing fee is non-refundable once processed.
• Payments must be made through approved methods listed on our website.
• Subscription fees and offers are subject to change at the discretion of VaparLink.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users must not post any content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or violates any third-party rights.
• VaparLink does not guarantee business success or customer leads. We provide a platform for visibility and networking.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

6. Content Ownership & Rights

• Businesses retain ownership of their content but grant VaparLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the listings.
• Any unauthorized copying or misuse of VaparLink’s content, design, or technology is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination of Service

• VaparLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating our terms without prior notice.
• Users can request deactivation of their accounts at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

• VaparLink shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for technical issues, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.
